With over 27 years of leadership experience in education, I have had the privilege of serving as a Principal, CEO, and Campus Director across a diverse range of national and international schools. My professional journey spans residential schools, day boarding schools, day schools, boys' schools, multicultural international schools, Indian expatriate schools, community-owned institutions, corporate school networks, and family-owned educational organisations, providing me with a broad global perspective on educational excellence.

My passion lies in transforming schools into thriving learning communities where students excel, educators grow into confident leaders, and organisations achieve sustainable success. I believe that the true measure of leadership is not only the results a school achieves today but also the people it empowers to lead tomorrow.

Throughout my career, I have led strategic school improvement initiatives that have strengthened academic performance, enhanced organisational culture, elevated school reputation, increased stakeholder engagement, and fostered innovation in teaching and learning. My work integrates strategic planning, instructional leadership, professional development, governance, branding, parent partnerships, and student-centred innovation to create schools that are future-ready and globally competitive.

As a trainer, mentor, leadership coach, sports enthusiast, and lifelong learner, I am deeply committed to developing people. An accomplished academician, university gold medallist, and higher secondary school topper, I chose education as my life's work because I believe in its power to transform lives.
